Reservierung der Studierenden Arbeitsplätze im CIP
Wir freuen uns, dass wir das CIP - in etwas geänderter Form - wieder eröffnen dürfen.

» Öffnungszeiten: grundsätzlich Mo-Fr 11.00 - 18.00 Uhr, mögliche Abweichungen wegen anderer Veranstaltungsreservierungen(Klausureinsichten usw) sind im Buchungsportal eingetragen
» kann ich einfach vorbei kommen zum Lernen?
Nein, natürlich nicht! Ihr müsst euren Arbeitsplatz *vorab* online buchen (falls es hierbei Probleme gibt, meldet euch bei der Aufsicht). Zusätzlich zur Onlineanmeldung werden vor Ort eure persönlichen Daten und eure Anwesenheitszeit aufgenommen (Nutzerregistrierung). Dazu meldet ihr euch zu Beginn und Ende euer gebuchten Zeit bei der Aufsicht.

Wir weisen nochmal explizit auf die Hausverbote im Zusammenhang mit Corona-Infektionen hin.
» kleines Extra: die Studierendenbibliothek (sbib) bestückt eine Vitrine mit den von euch benötigten Büchern. Teilt eure Wünsche über den Bibliothekskanal im online-Foyer oder über librarian@thp.uni-koeln.de mit oder fragt bei der Aufsicht.

» Mit der Anmeldung über den folgenden Link bestätigt ihr, dass ihr euch an die geltenden Hygieneregeln der Universität haltet (1,5 Meter Mindestabstand, Mund-Nasenbedeckung, Registrierung, usw.) und den Anweisungen der Aufsichtspersonen Folge leistet.

Online reservation of student workspaces in the new THP building
We are happy to announce the reopening of the CIP – in an adapted form.
» Where: ETP, new Theoretical Physics building (https://lageplan.uni-koeln.de/#!326 )
» Opening hours: Mon-Fri 11 AM – 6 PM; you can find possible deviations on the reservation platform (possible deviation causes: e.g. event reservations, exam reviews etc.)
» What do I have to consider before coming? You have to reserve a workspace beforehand on the online reservation platform. If you encounter any difficulties with/during the reservation, please ask the supervising CIP team member at the front desk or contact us via email (see below). You have to fill out a registration form additionally to your online reservation on site. Your personal data and attendance time will be recorded with this form (for the purpose of infection chain tracking). Please report at arrival and departure to the supervising CIP team member at the front desk.

» extra service: the student library (sbib) will place a few selected, needed books in a display cabinet. Please let us know your wishes: in the library channel on the online foyer or by email to librarian@thp.uni-koeln.de or ask the supervising CIP team member.
